ARE YOU TRYING TO ACCESS FROM HOME OR AWAY FROM THE OFFICE?
You cannot use this service if you are connecting from home or away from your office unless you use a VPN to connect back to your organization. You can find more details about using your VPN connection in the VPN Section below:
 
ARE YOU ACCESSING FROM A MOBILE PHONE?
You can only use this service on a mobile phone if you are using your corporate WiFi connection or a corporate VPN client on your phone. Trying to access directly through Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile or any other mobile phone carrier will not work because we are unable to authenticate you.

Using a VPN To Connect:

Many organizations offer VPN service that allow you to connect back to your organization's environment from a remote location and thus you will be able to connect to us through this connection. If you use this solution please ensure you have chosen the "Tunnel All Traffic" or "Force Tunnel" option which will then allow access. If you are not sure how to do this, please contact your organizations technical support team for advice on how to configure your VPN software.
Note: After you have changed the setting to "Tunnel All Traffic" you must restart the VPN session for it to take effect.
